However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have up to 14 days to notify us of any issue from the date you received your order. Midland Garden Furniture are here to help with any question or query you may have.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase as supplied with your order.
Once we receive your furniture back to us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
** PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL CARD MAY TAKE UPTO 30 DAYS ** (But usually refund transactions are cleared within 72 hours).
The customer is responsible for returning the item to the company. Midland Garden Furniture can arrange for the product to be collected and would need to be agreed by both parties prior to collection, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for costs and if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
If for any reason your order is not delivered in a sufficient and timely manor as agreed, then the customer is entitled to a refund in full.

Due to the size and weight of our Garden Furniture and Garden Rooms and or Pergolas and Verandas, Midland Garden Furniture can not guarantee any timed or either book in deliveries. Midland Garden Furniture does not have liability for any incurred costs due to late deliveries. Any contractors booked by the customer to assemble items should only be done once the goods have arrived at your property to ensure they have arrived in good condition for assembly.
If a customer changes their mind and decides to cancel and order through no fault of the company, this is acceptable for a full refund. If the order has already left the company and been shipped via a carrier service. A handling charge of 15% will be applied to cover the restocking charge and initial haulage costs to deliver the product.

Damages must be reported within 48hrs - 72hrs of receipt of goods. In all cases, goods must be repackaged sufficiently in order for us to collect or exchange. Please check all packages before signing “received in good condition”. If any packages have any damage to them, please sign as “damaged” and refuse the delivery. If after unpacking an item you find the item is faulty or damaged, we would require photographic evidence to prove this before we can proceed with a replacement/collection.
