Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have up to 30 calendar days to notify us of any issue from the date you received your order.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase as supplied with your order.  

Once we receive your furniture back to us, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

The customer is responsible for returning the item to the company. Midland Garden Furniture can arrange for the product to be collected and would need to be agreed by both parties prior to collection, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us for costs and if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.

If for any reason your order is not delivered in a sufficient and timely manor as agreed, then the customer is entitled to a refund in full.

If a customer changes their mind and decides to cancel and order through no fault of the company, this is acceptable for a full refund unless the order has already been manufactured or has left the company via a carrier service. If this is the case a handling charge of 25% will be applied to cover the restocking charge and initial haulage costs to deliver the product.
